This aFe Dana M220 differential cover features machined external fins that help improve cooling and stand out from the Black Powder Coat finish of the rest of the cover.
Easier maintenance. Designed to be both a functional and aesthetic upgrade, the cover features a magnetic plug to catch any metal particles in your differential fluid, helping to prevent damage to bearings. A calibration plug helps you get the fluid level right when servicing the differential. Easy to access drain and fill plugs mean you can service the diff quickly and easily with minimal mess
Better performance. The cover features built-in external and internal fins that improve heat transfer and cooling. A larger oil capacity also improves performance over a longer duration than the factory fluid capacity can.
The supplied gear oil (3 quarts) exceeds the performance requirements of API GL-5 recommended for both open and limited slip applications.
